This notice is provided under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) by Bozdağ Elektrik (Kamil Bozdağ, Akyaka Mah. İnişdibi Cad. Barzalar Sok. No:1, Ula, Muğla) as data controller, for people who contact us through this website. The Turkish version is the binding text.

Data we process

Your name, phone number, the service and area you ask about, anything you write in your message and your address; and, depending on your cookie choices, website usage data.

Why we process it

To reply to your request, give a quote, carry out the work, follow up afterwards and meet legal obligations. With your consent, to measure website use and advertising performance.

Legal basis

KVKK art. 5/2-(c) (establishing or performing a contract), art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest), and art. 5/1 (your explicit consent) for analytics and marketing cookies.

Transfers

If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your message is transmitted through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). If you consent, usage data may be shared with Google’s and Meta’s measurement services, whose servers may be located abroad. Otherwise your data is shared only with authorities where required by law.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed for these purposes and as required by law, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
