New-Build Electrical Installation
From the shell to the keys, we install your building’s electrical system in line with the project and regulations.
What we do
Concealed wiring
Conduits, boxes and cables with correct sizes and colour codes.
Low-voltage systems
Separate infrastructure for data, TV, CCTV and intercom.
Garden & pool
Outdoor lighting, pool pump and irrigation circuits.
Shops & businesses
Three-phase supply, machine connections, emergency lighting.
Earthing & lightning protection
Building earthing and testing.
EV charging ready
A pre-planned circuit for a future EV charger.
Things to plan for villas and holiday homes
On the coast, humidity and salty air wear out outdoor connections quickly. Around gardens, terraces and pools we use weatherproof (IP-rated) fittings and separate RCD protection.
Planning for air conditioning, pool, hot tub and EV charging from the start avoids replacing the consumer unit and cables later.
How we work
-
We go through the drawings and how you will use each space.
-
Socket, switch and light positions are marked on site.
-
First fix is installed and checked before plastering.
-
Second fix, consumer unit connection and testing before handover.
New-Build Electrical Installation: FAQ
Should I leave a circuit for EV charging in a new house?
We recommend it. Leaving a correctly sized spare circuit to the garage or parking space during construction makes installing a charger later quick and mess-free.
What do you need before starting?
The electrical drawings if you have them; if not, we plan the points together using the architectural plans.
